Collective Autism Experience

where connection circles back

About Us

CAE was formed by two moms of autistic children who saw the same gap from different angles.

One was building a professional post-diagnosis navigation service.
The other was running a support group for caregivers who needed a safe place to land.

Both were raising autistic children. Both were frustrated by how disconnected the system felt. So they combined missions and created CAE — a collaborative hub where families get clarity and providers get community.

CAE is pioneering a multidisciplinary autism ecosystem.

Think of CAE as your autism concierge and case coordinators. We aim to be the central hub for autism families and autism providers.

Born from personal experience, The Collective Autism Experience was created with one mission in mind: to walk alongside people navigating the complex world of autism support. As parents of autistic children, we know firsthand how overwhelming this diagnosis can be—filled with questions, uncertainty, and a lack of clear guidance.

CAE exists to be the bridge, connecting you to resources, clarity, and community every step of the way.

Our Values

  • We see the whole person — not just the diagnosis. Every decision, interaction, and resource is guided by what’s best for the individual and their family, honoring dignity, autonomy, and lived experience.

  • We believe no one should navigate autism alone. CAE connects families and providers so information flows, barriers dissolve, and care becomes a shared effort rather than an isolated one.

  • We follow through, show up, and do what we say. Our work is grounded in honesty, transparency, and consistent, ethical decision-making — even when no one is watching.

  • We celebrate neurodiversity and honor each person’s communication styles, sensory needs, and strengths. Our approach uplifts autonomy, reduces stigma, and promotes environments where every nervous system is respected.

  • We lead with empathy while holding firm boundaries that protect families, providers, and our mission. This is kindness paired with clarity — support that is warm, direct, and trusted.

  • We create a space where every family and provider feels seen, valued, and connected. CAE is a community where people don’t just participate — they feel like they’re home.
